to run paid listings?about online marketing? |

| A. Yes. Having a paid listing
on the same page as a free listing increases clicks by 38%.

pay-per-click advertising fees? Who controls the budget? |
 |
| A. All Overture and Google pay-per-click
fees are paid by you. You also determine the budget. We
start all pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on a low fixed budget
until we have determined what your average Cost Per Conversion
(CPC) your CPC is the amount of money it takes to
gain one new customer. Once we have enough data to determine
that your CPC is low enough to justify a larger PPC budget
we will recommend you authorize an increase. For instance,
if your CPC is $3.50, and your average profit per order
is $30, this creates a net profit of $26.50 for every pay-per-click
order. When you know you have a low CPC you cannot pay too
much for pay-per-click advertising. Remember, every customer
may also become a repeat customer. Because of our extensive
use of backdoor keywords, it is not uncommon for clients
to have a very low CPC. Thus over time we generally recommend
large PPC budgets (large enough that your budget will never
expire and ads disappear from search results). We will make
appropriate budget recommendations at strategic points in
your campaign. If you are spending $100 per month on pay
per click ads and bringing in profits of $1,000, then you
want to increase your budget. If you are spending $1,000
per month on ads and making $10,000 in profits, then you
want to increase your budget further. Over time your budget
should support the maximum possible pay-per-click ad profits. |

be sure my pay-per-click advertising campaigns are effective.
How will I know it makes good sense? |

and/or sales. In order to set up this kind of tracking we

pages and/or sales generation pages of your web site. Once
these scripts are in place we can track clicks from pay-per-click

end user. Hidden text is text that is either too small to
read, or text that has the same font color as the web site
background. Doorway pages (also called gateway or attraction
pages) are pages that are created for the sole purpose of
ranking well in the search engines. Once found, these pages
will then lead to the actual web site. Opportunity Clicks
does not engage in any of these methods because these practices
are frowned upon, and may even lead to your site being banned
by the major search engines. The fact is, web sites that
are optimized using existing content will outperform the
above methods anyway. |

specific rankings in any of the search engines? |

| A. No. We guarantee we will significantly

direct access to my web site? |

to host my web site on your web server? |

| A. No. Hosting with us is not

We do host over 400 web sites however. The main benefit
of hosting with us is that we have direct access to your
